Learning with Confidence Together
A massive ‘thank you’ to Friends of Stanley Primary for organising such a fun-packed May Fair on Sunday, and to everyone who came along. So many people worked really hard to make it happen, and everyone agreed it was an amazing afternoon. Blue sky, bbq, bar and a bouncy slide, candy floss and karting, toys and tombola, plants and portraits - and of course staff getting soaked in the stocks. We were delighted to see some of our ex students returning with their families, and to welcome some of our new Reception starters too. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Year 1 had a trip to Battersea Park Zoo on Monday 16th May, they had a great day seeing/learning about all the animals!
We have some future Zoologists amongst us!
Our Year 5 classes really enjoyed their trip to Kew Gardens. Thank you to the teachers who organised this, and to the staff at Kew who made it so interesting. We have some budding botanists among us!
