Land ahoy - Lighthouses and Lifeboats
As part of Year 2's Land Ahoy project they have been learning about the heroine Grace Darling and lighthouses. They designed and made lighthouses ... pictures below are of the early work - watch this space to see the finished lighthouses! - you can see them now - some great work once again from Year 2!
Year 2 also designed posters for the RNLI and sent some copies to them.
The RNLI replied and said: "We weren’t able to do our usual visit this year (fingers crossed we will be back soon) but, meantime, they’ve been very hard at work on some fantastic RNLI posters ... Awesome!"
