Year 1 to explore Bushy Park

As part of their Enchanted Woodland topic, Year 1 will be spending a day at the Stockyards, Bushy Park. The children will explore living things, both in a pond and woodland environment. The children will be visiting on the following dates: 

Walnut : Friday 9 October 2015

Chestnut: Monday 12 October 2015

Apple: Tuesday 13 October 2015

Cherry: Wednesday 14 October 2015

We will arrive at the Stockyards at 10.00 and leave by 14.30, in time for the end of the school day. Children need to bring:

  • A packed lunch. Children who have a school dinner will receive a packed lunch from school. These children can bring a few extras from home if they would like to.
  • Sensible shoes (they can wear Wellington boots) and light waterproof jacket
