NURSERY

Nursery children start in September for either a morning (08.45- 11.45) or afternoon (12.30- 15.30) session for 3 terms.

Complete a Nursery registration form (available on this website or from the school) and return to the school office.  This will ensure that you are included on the database for nursery applications.

Nursery application deadline (September 2018 entry): 

Friday 9th March 2018 deadline for applications to be submitted  

Fri 4th May 2018- offers to be made

 

Places in the Nursery are allocated according to the Local Authority’s admission criteria, which are:

  1. Children in public care
  2. Children who have an exceptional medical or social need
  3. Children who have siblings at Stanley Primary School at the point of application
  4. Richmond upon Thames resident children living closest to the school
  5. Other children living closest to the school

 

SCHOOL

Reception children start in September full-time (08.50-15.15).

School application deadline (September 2018 entry):

Fri 01 Sep 2017  – online applications are open via www.eadmissions.org.uk 

Mon 15 Jan 2018   closing date for all applications 

Mon 16 April 2018 – online applicants sent an email during the evening informing them of the reult of their application. Letters are posted by 1st class post giving detailed results of applications

Mon 30 April 2018 – deadline for accepting/ declining offer

*The ‘cut-off’ distance from home to school of the last child offered for 2015 was 1,361m. All distances are measured using a computerised geographical information system

Appeals

If you wish to apply for a place for your child in Years 1 to 6 (or Reception once the year has already started) you should make the application using Richmond's 'In Year Application Form' available from Richmond School Admissions on tel 020 8891 7514 or by email at richmond.admissions@achievingforchildren.org.uk
