Applications:                     Open from  Friday 30 June 2017 at 7:00

                                                           Closes        Friday 7 July 2017 at 15:30


Sessions Dates:                Monday 18 September  – Friday 1 December 2017 – ALL clubs run for 10 weeks

                                               Half term   23 October - 27 October 2017





Any application forms submitted before 7:00am on Friday 30 June 2017 will be processed at the end of the first day.

Is your application form fully completed?

In order for us to process your application, please make sure you include the following:


  • Your contact details
  • Confirmation of payment method
  • After-school collection arrangements
  • Confirmation of number of clubs required
  • Order of preference of clubs
  • Your payment (if paying online, please pay into your clubs prepayment account)
  • Check required club doesn’t clash with external clubs
