Stanleytross at BBC Summer Wildlife Day

The giant albatross named Stanleytross and the poem recorded with Stanley pupils took pride of place at the EcoTales Festival in Mayl and the organisers were very impressed with all the pupils of Stanley school for getting behind the project and really understanding the problems caused by plastic pollution. Ruby and Arthur Muscroft and Lucas Saunders were chosen by award winning director David Allen to win the under 10s category in the Film Challenge.
