Stanley pupil creates prize-winning doughnut
Congratulations to Florrie D (5P) who created a prize-winning doughnut for The Cavan Bakery in this week’s National Doughnut Week. National Doughnut Week, now in its 25th year, is an annual event when bakers, cafes and coffee shops across the UK raise funds from every doughnut sold for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury. Florrie’s winning ‘Bee Happy’ doughnut was on sale on in the bakery on Tuesday (see below). Well done, Florrie!
